One of the most important term related to fitness is “Consistency”. Before I started this Transformation of myself, one of the reasons for my failure in getting in perfect shape was inconsistency in exercising. I have created this page to be accountable and to track and display whether I am completing everything as per schedule or am I still being lazy and missing workouts!
