When I started this blog last month, in the introduction post I had posted a picture of me with body measurements and weight. I had decided to make a post about them every month, even though December is almost over, but better late than never! Here’s the December Update: (Click on the image below to see full-screen version)
After having a nice look at the pics, one can easily make out the amount of fat that I have burnt and how nicely my body-fat percentage has decreased in a period of just 5-6 weeks! I have lost 2-3 inches in my waist and hips. The chest fat is decreasing a bit slowly but the chest fat is much less visible now! I have also lost some size in my arms and legs, but that is all fat that is burning up and all the powerlifting and calisthenics that I am rigorously doing right now, will replace that fat with perfectly chiseled muscles all over my body!
